Why a changing of scenery may be so important? Basically because all we do nowadays is being in front of a screen, working, studying or chilling out.

Being in contact with nature, can help anxiety, as well as problems with depression. Studies have shown that is a great way of unwinding and escaping from our problems, and it's more effective if you do it while exercising!

Being in nature is essential for our physical and mental health, I would go totally crazy if I had to spend indoors more than two days in a row.
