Hi! Since I've seen many youtube videos titled "What I eat in a day", I thought that it would be fun to convert this into an article. This article consists of what I eat during a typical day. Keep in mind that I work out a lot, so I try to stay as healthy as I can. Enjoy ;)
First Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 1 avocado, water with lemon

Second Breakfast: sandwich, fruits, tea

Lunch: potatoes or rice, salad with tomatoes, meat or fish, coffee

Dinner: cooked vegetables with pasta, tea

Snack: dark chocolate or/ and nuts, water


Supper: anything small that is in my freezer at the moment, tea
