Working out and pushing through can be tough some times. One of the main thing to understand is that regression it's not a sign of weakness, it is complitly normal to happen and it's good. Regressing will allow you to continue to grow, so allow your self to do so.

Here are 5 things you can do to make working out easier:

1. Don't start hard.
If you are someone who hasn't worked out in a long time, do not start to work out with hard exercises, you are just going to hurt yourself. You want to make sure that you are working out progressively, there's no reason to rush it. You can start with simple work outs and then increase the intensity of them as time passes. Make sure not to hurt yourself by pushing your body to hard when it's not used to it.

2. Create your own exercise program.
Your body is different from all the others, so what works for your friend may not work for you. Don't be disappointed if it works for your friend and not you. When you create your own exercise program it's more likely to have great results in you than you using someone's else. You can talk to your physician or you can look up types of exercises according to your complexation.

3. Allow your body to recover.
You don't have to work hard core all the time, your body needs to recover from the effort and the work. You can give yourself days to rest, make sure to sleep and let your body recover its strength so when you start back again the next day you will feel better. If you rest, working out will not become something tedious for you to do, it might become part of your routine.

4. Find a work out buddy.
When you have someone to work out with it's easier to do it. There may be times where that person is going to push you to continue and vise versa. You can work out with a group of people or with a friend, what works better for you.

5. Reward yourself.
Take in account every accomplish you have done in every session, as little as it may look, it's an accomplishment. Now, you don't want to reward yourself with food because then there will be no point in what you have worked for. Reward yourself with something that is going to make you feel good. It could be something that you have always wanted or something inexpensive.

These are just some things that may help you, remember there are more options out there, just make sure to not hurt yourself or push it to hard, there are always healthy options. But most important of all be PATIENT.
