Sooooo... I did better. I exercised 3 times a week the last two weeks.
What did I do ?
Because I hadn't had more time than before, I got motivated enough to do at least a 15-minutes session of exercise bike, especially when I was tired/cold/not willing to do anything.

I have done 3 sessions like that, plus 1 time going to the swimming pool (long story short : I hurt my arms carrying too many books, so I couldn't go another time. Hands up if you can relate because you love books too much !), plus 2 "wrap-up" sessions where I did...
"Wrap-up session"
- 6 minutes of exercise bike
- 100 abs
- 60 squats
- 40 push-ups (on my knees)
- usual exercises with the elastic band
- 50 donkey kicks for each leg
- 4 X 15 times of "prayers"
- 2 X 5 times torso rotation
- stretching
Did my body change ?
Not a lot. I'm really tired right now, but not because of sport. I do notice that I don't feel like my legs are heavy, like I used to. And I still choose the stairs rather than the elevator.
