Hello everyone!
I know it's been quite a while but I have been (and actually still am) very busy with school n stuff. But, today I wanted to share with you my story and how I started to live healthier and why. I hope that it inspires some of you to do that too, because we don't need it to be new years eve to start or to grow a new habit! But you can, of course, take this as a new year's resolution if you want to. :)

It all started a few months ago. I was kinda unhappy with myself and I wanted to do more sports and live healthier. At that point, I already failed once after two weeks because I couldn't motivate myself to do sports. After being at the doctor and getting told that it would be better if I do more sports because I am sitting in school all day long, I wanted to try again. It was kind of the motivation I needed to start again. So I did. When I went grocery shopping with my dad, I started to buy less sweets and more fruits and vegetables. I also took fruits, for example grapes, and vegetables, mostly bell pepper with me to school for lunch. Sweets and chocolate weren't cut out, but I tried to eat less of it and eat more fruits instead. While doing this, I created a certain sport schedule that I wanted to stick to. On Mondays, I have sports class at school, so I decided to work out on Wednesday and Friday because I am going horse riding every Sunday so this fit very well. I have to admit that it wasn't (and still isn't) always easy to motivate myself to work out but I know that I will feel better afterwards so I do it anyways.
It's been one to two months since I started and it had a great impact on my life. I can concentrate better and I'm less tired, also I feel better in general. And now it is even fun for me to eat healthier and searching for new healthy snacks!

I hope that I could help some of you with this article. If you want to share your story or thoughts with me, feel free to message me.

Have a great day!
