It's that wonderful time after Thanksgiving and before Christmas during which you are allowed to let your Christmas spirit run wild. I love Christmas and I've been looking forward to it all year. Here are some things I'm sure to do to take advantage of the most wonderful time of the year!
Create a Christmas Playlist
Christmas music is my favorite genre of music. There are great new Christmas songs from Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Michael Buble, and even Tyler the Creator.

And I will never forgot classics from the likes of Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Eartha Kitt.

Bake Delicious Christmas Treats
Call up a friend or sibling and bake gingerbread cookies, make peppermint bark, or whatever Christmas treat you love!

Buy a Christmas Drink Mix/Ingredients Every Week
When you get groceries every week, buy ingredients or a ready-made mix for a different Christmas drink. Eggnog, hot cocoa, apple cider, and peppermint mocha are some of my favorites!

Make your own Wreath

Some creative wreath ideas:
- Wine Cork Wreath
- Pine Cone Wreath
- Bauble Wreath
- Seashell Wreath

Wear Christmas Colors!
I think many of us are so afraid of wearing red and green together most of the year but this is our opportunity! Get out your merry sweaters and gold hairbands.

Watch Christmas Movies
A massively underrated genre of cinema, much like Christmas songs are a massively underrated genre of music. Dive into some old Christmas classics and you'll realize just how much you love them. They're also a wonderful way to bring some cheer to your mood!

Look at Christmas Lights
Many towns and cities are decorated beautifully for Christmas. Take a walk with friends or family through decorated jaunts in your town!

Do Service
I love diving head first into the silver wonderland of Christmas capitalism more than most, which is why it's even more important at this time of year to do some service. Shovel snow for your neighbors, volunteer at a soup kitchen, donate coats and hats to those in need, make holiday gifts for children who wouldn't otherwise have them. More than anything, generosity and kindness will be sure to put you in the Christmas spirit!
