Ingredients
1.75 oz Tanqueray Ten gin
1 oz Eucalyptus Syrup
1 oz lime juice
0.75 oz Cointreau
1 egg white
Eucalyptus leaf, for garnish
Method
1. Add all ingredients, save for the garnish, to a shaker and dry shake without ice.
2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a eucalyptus leaf.
- Konomi
Ingredients
2 oz coconut-washed vodka
0.5 oz Pineapple Syrup
0.5 oz sesame-infused Cocchi Americano
Pinch of matcha powder
Pineapple wedge and sprig of rosemary, for garnish
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and sprig of rosemary.
- Veronica Rose
Ingredients
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz Rose Petal Syrup
Sparkling wine
Lemon twist, for garnish
Method
1. Add Aperol and rose syrup to a shaker and fill with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a Champagne flute.
3. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.
