Hello beautiful people! Here are some good habits to start doing! x
Drink 2 litres of water everyday


Sleep for at least 7-8 hours


Workout 3-5 times a week (even if it's just for 15 min)


Always wash off your face and moisturize before applying make up


Tell yourself something positive / you like about yourself every morning


Don't spend too much time on your phone. Don't use your phone 30 min / 1 hour before going to bed


Schedule your day / keep a diary


Wake up earlier
