This article is a little strange but I'm sure that more than one will feel related; I think we can all say going to the restroom is a thing we do daily and sometimes is not that easy or pleasant because you just can't do it.

*It's a little embarrassing to admit you have problems and that sometimes you have to unplug the pipe, if you know what I mean LOL, so I will give you the best tips for you to have a wonderful time at the restroom!

A member of my family has constipation problems and that is because he drinks lots of soda and he doesn't have fiber in his diet; We need to eat 35 to 40 percent of fiber. Americans eat 10 percent or less. Fiber moves toxins, excess hormones, and mucus.

It is possible to get too much fiber, and your body will know it. You may experience bloating and many more bowel movements than you are normally used to.

Fibers are primarily non — digestible carbohydrates. Fibers are components of plant foods, fruits, vegetables, dried beans and peas, lentils, nuts, and seeds — any food that is classified as a plant. The fiber provides structure.

Another great thing for constipation are PRUNES; This small, dried fruit is rich in insoluble fiber, as well as the natural laxative sorbitol.
I love this one's because they have a sweet taste and you can eat them at anytime and they are better than some chips on a friday afternoon.

This one is great but difficult for some, Papaya is a fruit that not everyone likes but you have to find the right way to eat it; My favorite way to eat it is with lemon and sugar, THE BEST!

Papaya has been shown to improve constipation and other symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. The seeds and other parts of the plant have also been used to treat ulcers.

This last one is a little weird but it totally works; OLIVE OIL AND LEMON; One tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of lemon taken on an empty stomach in the morning, will relieve constipation.

And well you can do all of this now and then but you sure need to add some fiber to your daily meals.
