Am I the only one that craves a good morning routine?
🥧 Wake Up
In fall season I like to wake up extra early. I wake up around 5.45 am.


🥧 Turn Leds On
I already have my Christmas decore so the first thing I do is set some comfy vibes with some leds.


🥧 Drink Water & Stretch
Hydrate and stretch ur body. I did not use to stretch but it feels really good and relaxing, try it.


🥧 Get Some Food
Starting ur day with the right nutrients is the key to have a good day.


🥧 Watch An Episode
While I eat I like to watch an episode of my favorite serie. I take this 30/45 minutes to relax.


🥧 Workout
Exercise for about 10/15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour. It is up to u, but do not skip it.


🥧 Grab a Protein Snack
After a workout u should eat something full of protein and good carbs!


🥧 Sit & Plan
If u fail to plan, u plan to fail.


🥧 Study Session
I start studying around 7.30 am and I study for around 2 or 3 hours.

🥧 Take a Break
At this point, I grab some fruit or a coffee.


🥧 Bath Time
Time to take a shower. Since I have my own dorm, I only shower after 2 or 3 hours of exercising. I find it relaxing between my study sessions.


🥧 Back to Studying
I go back to studying around 10 or 10.30 am. I finish it off at lunch time.
