have you ever felt like
if you'd write down
all of those thoughts that
keep you away from being
satisfied with yourself

the wholesome darkness that
you carry every single day with you -
every single insult you dedicate to yourself -
the amount of pressure you put on yourself -
the hatred you feel towards your own being -

you simply hide with a smile
