I've been a vegetarian for almost a year, and sometimes it's kind of hard to find vegetarian meals without eating the same thing all the time. Here are some moderately easy to make vegetarian meals!

1. Salad (obviously)

There are so many different ways to prepare salad, just make sure that none of them contain romaine lettuce.

2. fAnCy ramen

You could have plain vegetarian ramen (there's a vegetarian flavoring or something), or, you could make it fAnCy and add eggs and vegetables.

3. Tofu & broccoli green curry

Take a cue from a favorite Thai takeout dish and make a fragrant green curry filled with tender cubes of tofu and broccoli, all in a coconut milk sauce layered with hints of pungent garlic, ginger, and fresh basil.

4. Black bean quesadilla

5. Fried spiced tofu

Also, a smol tip for people who do eat meat (but why are you even reading this if you eat meat?), tofu tastes like whatever it's cooked with, so, you can cook tofu with meat and it's, like, really good.

6. Veggie burgers
