In this article i'll be sharing with you some simple recipes for fruit smoothies! They don't require a long preparation at all. Plus, the are a very healthy drink - if you want to switch them with those very sugary drinks they sell nowadays. If you include them in your diet they have benefits such as weight loss over time and detox.

orange, carrot and apple

ingredients

- 1 apple
- 1 carrot
- 125 ml of orange juice
- 125 ml of water

preparation

1. Wash and peel the carrot and the apple
2. Cut the apple and the carrot into small pieces and place them in the blander with the orange juice and water
3. Blend for sometime until the beverage seems all blended throughout
Done! (processes for a few minutes, until everything is well integrated)

cranberries, passion fruit and orange

ingredients

- 75g of cranberries
- 1 small passion fruit
- 125 ml of orange juice
- 125 ml of water

preparation

1.Wash the blueberries and take them to the blender
2. Then cut the passion fruit and add over the cranberries
3. Finally add the orange juice and some water
Done! (processes for a few minutes, until everything is well integrated)

ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 6 spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons oat (30 g)
- 125 ml of orange juice
- 5 Strawberries

preparation

1. Chop the ripe banana and strawberries and add them to the blender
2. Wash the spinach leaves and add orange juice and add them in
3. Pour the water and the oats into the blender
Done! (processes for a few minutes, until everything is well integrated)

Of course, if the blend is too thick add some more water!
