Last weekend I wrote an article about being confident and I didnโ€™t want it to be long, so I decided to divide it into two parts. So here I am with โ€˜How to be confident | pt.2โ€™.

Part 1:

Letโ€™s begin!

Learn, learn and learn. You donโ€™t want to be that girl, who only looks good but is not so smart, right? Always be prepared for your lessons, have all notes, books, projects, etc. Try to gain knowledge about a topic that is interesting for you. I donโ€™t want to force you to learn about something you donโ€™t like (although sometimes we donโ€™t have a choice), so just choose something you want.

Okay, so now Iโ€™m a hypocrite because I totally donโ€™t care about my diet and eat whatever I want. I was trying to follow it in the school year, but unfortunately, I didnโ€™t make it. And now I feel bad, so by the end of this year, Iโ€™m going to take it again.
โ€˜Dietโ€™ doesnโ€™t only mean youโ€™re doing it because you want to lose weight. It also means avoid fast-foods, energy drinks, and other weird things, that are not good to your body. Eating healthy is better for your body, it gives you more energy than a cheeseburger from KFC. I know it may be hard at the beginning, but believe me, you wonโ€™t regret that. Iโ€™m speaking of my own experience.

Again, itโ€™s not only about losing weight. It improves your health, promotes better sleep, improves your mood, etc. Exercising regularly has a lot of advantages so get your sporty clothes and start right now!
If you donโ€™t really know what exercises you can do, I can recommend you โ€˜Female Fitness โ€“ Woman Workoutโ€™. Itโ€™s an amazing app, Iโ€™m totally in love with this one! For now, it has abs workout, thigh workout, butt workout, arm workout, 7x4 full body challenge, morning warmup, and sleepy time stretch. And there are levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced. It has a lot of great exercises that are working! I definitely recommend you this one!

It seems like something not so important. We have a lot of work, never enough time to do it, so we sleep less than those 8 hours. At first, you wonโ€™t feel the difference; youโ€™ll feel good, not tired, sleepy a bit. But after two weeks youโ€™ll be annoyed, tired, unmotivated, angry and youโ€™ll be failing at anything you do.
We need those 8 hours of sleep because itโ€™s the time when our organize regenerate after the day. Students (not only, but Iโ€™m going to focus on them) tend to learn in the night the day before their exam and donโ€™t get enough of sleep (or even donโ€™t sleep at all). So, how much do you remember from books youโ€™ve been studying? Nothing, right? Our brain also needs sleep, because of it time for him to recreate, to organize the information weโ€™ve been giving him all day. So remember about those 8 hours!

I know, not everybody is rich enough to travel abroad every year. Itโ€™s expensive and sometimes our parents are not so pleased with our ideas, so weโ€™re staying in the same old place. You donโ€™t have to travel abroad, you can go to the nearest city you had never been before! Itโ€™s cheap, close to your home, so if you donโ€™t feel like staying there, you can go back to your home. Visiting new places have a lot of advantages, for e.g. shops that are not in your city, delicious cakes, coffee, art galleries; just get lost there and Iโ€™m sure youโ€™ll find something wonderful!

I know, sounds weird, because everybody has a hobby, right? Not exactly. You have to find something youโ€™re passionate about; e.g. photography, painters, fashion, make up. Find something for you, people donโ€™t really like those without hobbies, as I noticed. Because how many time you can talk about school, work or weather? And when you want to start a deeper conversation this person says โ€˜Idk, Iโ€™m not interested in itโ€™ a lot? You donโ€™t feel like being friends with them, right? So please, donโ€™t be this person, get a hobby.
