day one

- Shower your hair (this depends on how is your hair, wash it every day if it is oily, or 2-3 times a week if not!). Use a deep conditioning hair mask and rinse with cold water.
- Eat 2 green vegetables.


day four
- ❌ Heat (if you have to, use a heat protector)
- Drink four bottles of water.
- Brush your hair (gently) before going to sleep.
You will have fewer tangles to deal with in the morning, and your hair will look healthier after you've done this for a while.


day five
- Search for new hairstyles!
- Brush your hair (gently) before going to sleep.
- Eat properly:
Drink 8 glasses of water per day (this keep your hair hydrated). Eat green vegetables, yogurt, and eggs (they have good nutrients for your hair)




day six

- Let your hair dry naturally.

- Put argan oil in the ends of your hair before to sleep.
- Drink 8 glasses of water.


GENERAL TIPS
- Every night, brush your hair before going to sleep and put argan oil in the ends.
- Do hair masks 1-2 times a week
- When shower your hair, use a deep conditioning hair mask and rinse with cold water.
- Try letting your hair dry naturally.
- Use a heat protector.
- Drink 8 glasses of water per day, eat green vegetables, yogurt and eggs!
