Hello! Wassup? So, I've always been active and in the last four years I've gotten really big into fitness and the gym. Working out is my favorite go to coping mechanism! In the last three months my workout partner stop going to the gym and I started a new job... you can guess what that means. While I haven't stopped going to the gym, it hasn't been my priority either. I've gotten a little curvier and while I'm loving this, I'm ready to get back to kicking my butt. Here are some of my goals and some inspiration to motivate me (and maybe you, too).
1. Tone my stomach
I have definition in my core but since I've been a little looser on my eating, my tummy isn't as tight.

2. Have Fun
This one is so important to me. Working out has never been a chore to me because I always find a way to make it fun. I tend to mix up my regimen a lot between hiking, lifting, and group classes. I used to run a lot, too.

3. Focus on my mental health
I tend to over work my body. Between being a full time student, having a job, and working out, I frequently put my mental health on the back burner. This is a problem for a lot of reasons, but most specifically because I started working out FOR my mental health. My goal #3 is to focus on listening to my body and mind so I can continue to enjoy life and the gym

4. Physique
My last goal is a more specific one. While #1 seems pretty specific, I need to be more specific. My last goal is this… to be lean in my middle, firm in my glutes, and defined in my shoulders, arms, and back.
