To begin-- sorry I have been so absentee, I lost myself for a long time but that is all part of the journey I suppose. I am here now and will be somewhat blogging my experiences mending my life and learning from here out because boy I have made a mess of things over the past few months. I may get into that later but for now, here is a list of things I wish to jazz up to regain my self-confidence:

  • Attitude- happy minds make happy lives so once I get out of the self-pity mindset and into the bad b*tch productive mindset, my life will become ehhhh improved to say the least
  • Cleanliness- not only in my hygiene but also the tidiness of my area because once again a clean place is a clean and clear mind!
  • Style- those who know me know I am a fashionista and I feel best when I am dressed to impress!! I have somewhat lost my style which can be described (by Nordstrom) as Rebel-Chic on a budget but no fear with the help of WHI this is not too difficult to get back.
  • Diet- I am known of being the health-obsessed friend but unfortunately I tend to either not eat :( or eat utter sh*ite so I would like to get back into meal-prepping and loving myself because, as they say, you are what you eat.
  • Exercise- happy bodies are happy minds and that's all I have to say about that! I am doing Lacrosse this spring season and I am going to get into shape for the sake of the team and of course, myself.
