Hey loves! Sorry that it has been FOREVER since I last wrote an article! I have been extremely busy with school, but I'm learning how to manage my time better. Speaking of school, the holidays are right around the corner and I know that sometimes it can be difficult to stay focused and motivated. Because of that, I am writing this article to hopefully help you all with that push you may need!
➣ Create a NEW Schedule

Maybe your current schedule or routine just isn't working out for you. Maybe it's too cramped, with barely any free time. That probably means it's time to make a new one or improve the one you already have! Try shortening the amount of time you're working in order to give more time to yourself much like the upcoming break while staying productive. Make sure you find that balance.
➣ Spread Assignments Over Multiple Days

In addition to shortening the amount of time you work in one day, you'll need to spread your assignments over multiple days in order to get everything done. I know this can be used throughout the entire school year, but it is particularly useful around the holidays. Plus, it lowers your stress levels, allowing you to work more efficiently.
➣ Find Your Inspiration

This is a super important part of staying on top of things. If you're not inspired and motivated, how are you going to go forward? This is also a good time to remind yourself of what's important and what your priorities are.
➣ Create Small Goals

It's always a good idea to set small goals so that you know that you know what to work towards next. You could even have daily goals, and that can be expressed by creating a checklist. Trust me, it feels amazing checking something off once you have completed it! And don't forget to reward yourself every once in a while.
➣ Practice Your Studying Techniques

Now is a good time to put your studying techniques into use! I'm sure many of you have exams or are about to, so studying can become overwhelming. Or, much like creating a new schedule, you can try a different study pattern to see what works for you (I personally need to do this).
➣ Don't Stress

As cliché as this sounds, it's important to keep your stress levels as low as possible. Stress can cause anxiety, which may lower your performance level. Find something that you enjoy doing and spend time with people you enjoy being around.
