I have a question. Have you ever had even the smallest bit of inner thigh fat? If you do this workout is for you even if you have a larger amount of inner thigh fat this will work for you also. It's a pretty big workout. 3 rounds for Intermediate and Advanced, and 1 round for beginners. Here's the workout.

  • 20 Sumo squats
  • 40 Standing side leg swings ( each leg )
  • 25 Side lunges ( each leg )
  • 20 Kneeling leg kick backs ( each leg )
  • 15 Fire hydrants ( each leg )
  • 40 Laying side leg raises ( each leg )
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • 20 Sumo squats
  • 40 Standing side leg swings ( each leg )
  • 25 Side lunges ( each leg )
