{For sinuses} 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey
{For coughing} 8 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon
{For toothache} 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey
{For sleep} 1-2 teaspoons before bed
{For sore throat} 2 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
{For detox} 1 cup of herbal tea and 1-2 teaspoons of honey
{For weight loss} 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
