Into: This past week has been tough.I just haven't been feeling myself lately, so i decided i didn't want to feel like this and tried to keep a positive mindset while following these few steps, and honestly ive been feeling a lot better. So i hope you enjoy this article!

Meditation.This really helps to calm you mind and helps when everything seems to be going fast. This is a good way just slow things down and focus on the important things.

Sometimes you just need to sit back and take a breather.Listen to the birds, the ocean waves crashing against the shore or the streets filled with people laughing and talking. Appreciate the world you live in. Take a moment to just be still.
  • STEP THREE

Ive mentioned this in one of my previous article and i can honestly say this helps so much to surround yourself with people who care for you who not only want to see you do good but want you to do better than them. Someone that will go to the ends of the earth to see you smile.
  • STEP FOUR

Have something look forward to it can be as simple as going to shop for your favourite cream or seeing family on the weekend. For me my birthday is on the 17th so i cannot wait until this week is over so i can celebrate it. Something as simple as this can make your week feel a lot better.

And finally understand that everything happens for a reason and we cant change what is happening, but we can change how we choose to deal with it.
