Staying healthy is always on the top of my list. Is it on your list too?

So mixing honey with hot water is not only good for a sore throat, but it’s also good for your digest. We all know what that means! Haha!

Anyway, just a teaspoon of honey is more than enough. But don’t over do it! Honey is a healthy sugar, it’s still a sugar. And over doing it with sugar, will give us acne or it could overwork in our body.
