Hello everyone~
November is a super super busy month for me because of my university work, so this Article came out a little late! But no worries, I've been on track with my reading and have a fun list planned this month~
I have read 82 Books in 2018! \^0^/ Above my goal of 70~
Since I'm so busy with school, I've decided to dedicate the month of November to finishing all of my Audible books! I have a lot of good titles in there that I simply haven't gotten to, so I can't wait for the new adventures~
I hope everyone's reading progress is going well!

November Book List

  • The Dante Club by Matthew Pearl
book, old, and vintage image hell, Dante, and inferno image
I've owned this book for quite a little while now, and I think I thought it was 'Dante's Inferno' instead? I'm honestly not quite sure what to expect, but I'm guessing a bunch of high school students literally reenacting the classic story LOL
  • Thunder & Lightning by Lauren Redniss
Temporarily removed etsy, mixed media, and modern image
I really like science and nonfiction, and this is just that but in a comic book form. What's there not to love?? Plus, with the very real issue of Global Warming it would be nice to see just what the weather of past, present, and future holds.
  • Born a Crime by Trevor Noah
book, funny, and read image celebrity, guy, and Hot image
I love Trevor Noah because of the Daily Show, and even then I only get glimpses of him while my parents are watching. I always feel a bit weird reading biographies of people I 'know' or that are alive today, but I really can't wait to know more about him!
  • The Girl with All the Gifts by M.R. Carey
quotes, survive, and grunge image Temporarily removed
I got this book through Audible a little before the movie came out, but then the movie came out and I didn't have time to watch it or read the book. So now I think I'll do both! I really thought this book was going to be a sci-fi religious thing, so it's really awkward knowing that it's about a zombie apocalypse.
  • Circe by Madeline Miller
book, circe, and madeline miller image art, lion, and painting image
This book was visually aesthetically pleasing form the very first time I saw it. Probably the only reason why I chose to buy it, haha~ Well, that and it got very good reviews. I'm expecting a sort of Odyssey, and I really can't wait to see how the tale goes.
  • Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi
bibliophile, book worm, and bookish image bibliophile, books, and bookworm image
Being of West/Central African origins you would think I'd have hopped all over this book the minute it came out, right?? There was sooo much press about it!! I really really hope it lives up to the hype and makes Wakanda proud!
  • Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell
author, book, and novel image bed, book, and calm image
I have to read this and then do a mini book report on it, so I really don't know how amazing it'll be, but someone in my class said that they actually quite enjoyed it, so we'll see~

Wish Me Luck~

That makes a total of 7 Books for November!
If you'd like to discuss any of the books for this month feel free to send me a message or talk to me on Goodreads!

All of my other Monthly Book Lists will be kept in this collection.
