Bonjour, everyone! Today's article will be somewhat different. I thought it would be fun to list all the places in the world I would love to visit someday. I believe We Heart It has changed my perspective on the world because there are so many beautiful pictures of various places here and I'm dying to visit just about all of them. I really hope I'll have the chance to travel the world someday. Without further ado, let's get started!

1. Visit the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris

We might as well get obvious out of the way. I want to visit the cathedral where my favorite Disney movie/movie of all time takes place, The Hunchback of Notre Dame! It astounds me how grandiose the animators, background artists, what have you made it look. I mean, it's huge! They even added the tiniest details in their accurate locations, like specific gargoyles and other statues. I really hope I'll be able to go to Paris someday because I know this famous landmark will be the very first thing I want to see.

2. Celebrate Holi in India

I don't really remember when and where I first heard about Holi, but I know it totally captivated me at the mention of it. It's a holiday in India where you get to throw colored powder at people. Friends, family, even strangers, young and old, male or female! I can't be the only person who admits that's pretty cool. The pictures I've seen look absolutely stunning. Don't even get me started on the gorgeous saris that are usually featured in the pictures as well. It's just--gahh ๐Ÿ˜

3. Visit the Taj Mahal in India

Speaking of India, I would also love one of the seven wonders of the world, which just so happens to be located in this country. The only time I've seen it with my own eyes is during Soarin' at California Adventure. Yeah. But look how magnificent it looks! It's as beautiful as Notre Dame and I just love it.

4. Visit every Disney theme park in the world

As a Disnerd, this is a HUGE dream of mine. I've only been to Disneyland and California Adventure since I live the closest to it. I even have a pass and go with my friends all the time! However, I have the chance of going to Tokyo Disney next year. My school is offering a trip to Japan next summer and even though I already signed up, I have to raise money for it on my own. The trip isn't until July and I just PRAY I'll fundraise the money. Anyway, I'm just dying to go. I would love to see all the gorgeous castles, go on the various rides, and hopefully meet a couple walk-a-round characters from The Hunchback of Notre Dame because they are rarely strolling around at D-land and DCA :/.

5. Swim in Bioluminescent Bay in Puerto Rico

Come on now. Who doesn't want to swim in this, let alone witness it in real life?! It's an ocean that is literally glowing! It's breathtaking! In all honesty, the beaches here in California are pretty boring and the water is always cold. Freakin' currents. Probably the most exciting thing about the beaches are the sunsets. But seeing this unique bay is a breath of fresh air. I know the reason this phenomenon is due to this special type of plankton that can illuminate this color, so when you swim in it, do you become blue? I'm so curious, haha. Only one way to find out is by going there in person someday!

6. Celebrate the Yi Peng Lantern Festival in Thailand

Now, this would be an absolute spectacle. It's like a live action version of the "See the Light" musical number from Tangled! I don't know too much about this holiday compared to Holi, but based on the photos that feature thousands and thousands on lanterns, I would love to partake in it. It's just so beautiful to look at!!

7. See the Grand Canyon waterfalls again

Yes, there are waterfalls at the Grand Canyon, the water IS that blue, and I really mean again because I HAVE seen them before. Twice, actually. May of 2014 and 2015, I believe. Oh, how I do miss them so. At my old school a couple years ago, they offered a trip to the Grand Canyon. And I don't mean we would stay at the top and look at what was around us, we got to go to the BOTTOM. Granted, we had to walk 12 miles in order to do so, but it was still worth it. Kind of. A dozen miles is a lot of distance to cover in one day. But really, I miss seeing the breathtaking waterfalls. I even got to jump off one named Rock Falls that was 45-feet tall! The trip was expensive and I'm not really sure if I'll be able to go for the third time. Who knows, if I have the ability to raise $4,000 for Japan, I might be able to go once more.

8. Go to Bora Bora

Wow, this water is almost as blue from the GC waterfalls! As I said before, I'm kind of not a beach person since I've grown up with cold Californian ones, but I'm totally willing to dive into what Bora Bora has to offer! I can't even imagine what it feels like to swim in warm salt water. Let alone swimming with sea animals like stingrays and sharks swimming by your side. Speaking of swimming with sea creatures...

9. Swim with dolphins in Hawaii

I suppose I could swim with dolphins anywhere in the world, but since Hawaii is another dream vacation of mine, why not? I remember dolphins have been my favorite animal ever since the film Dolphin Tale came out. Once the movie ended, I thought to myself, "Yep, dolphins are my favorite animal now." I was obsessed with them for the rest of elementary school and even though I'm not as much today, I still say they're my favorites. Anyway, who wouldn't love to hang out with their favorite animal? Dolphins are such majestic creatures and I'm been dreaming of a day like this for a long time now.

10. See the Northern Lights in Alaska

As someone who lives in an area that isn't able to see a lot of stars at night, this would be extra special. A ton of dazzling stars, along with what are pretty much colorful ribbons dancing in the night sky?! Sign me up! I've had my fair share of experiences in Alaska, such as zip lining, but seeing the Aurora Borealis would most definitely take the cake.

And that concludes my travel bucket list. Of course, there are a ton of other places would love to go to, but I believe 10 is a good amount to list. I really hope I'll be able to go and experience all of these places and events someday, If you have a travel bucket list for yourself, I hope you'll be able to achieve everything on it! :)
