Hey everyone! A lot of times, we find ourselves in life talking negative about ourselves, or wondering why something is happening to us. This is the only life we have, so why live it in a negative manner. These are some tips I have for when life is becoming too negative.

We all have people in our lives who make us happy and make us laugh until our stomachs hurt. But we also have some people who make us question why we do what we do, and that is not a good feeling. Being friends with someone who puts you down, is not healthy. When we have people like this in our lives, we feel like we do not have control. It is 100% okay to walk away from friends who make us feel like we mean nothing.

When life becomes too much, we always need to take a break. Self care is a great way to take a break from all the stress and negativity in our lives. Some things I like to do when I need to take some time is take a hot shower/bath, with some epsom salt. It makes my body less tense. I would also recommend to just lay in bed, with a book or netflix and just relax with some coffee or ice water. Self care is whatever is best for you to do in a time of stress.

Okay listen, I as just as much as the next person, love junk food. Eating healthy is not something terrible. Just think of your body as this huge temple, and in order to keep it up and running, you have to take care of it. Find something you love to do that gets you moving. Running, swimming, dancing, soccer, etc. And you can always substitute junk food for healthy choices. Instead of eating donuts, how about some yogurt, or even a smoothie filled with strawberries and bananas.

Having a positive mindset is difficult at times.You have doubts and frustrations, stress and upsetting times. Having problems and doubts is a huge part of life, but you do not have to let them take you over. You have to imagine yourself years from now, looking back on this time in your life. All the doubts and stress were not even worth the situation you are in. You can do anything you put your mind to. You have to believe that you can succeed anything. You have to remind yourself everyday that you are an amazing person. Worth so much. You deserve the world and you will not stop until you get it. Having a journal or little positive index cards that you write on everyday, will help you increase your mindset.

Advice from me to you
My advice to to never let anyone or anything stand in your way. You have the strength and the ability to succeed in anything. Do not let anyone bring you down. This world is yours, and this life is yours to live. So go out there and do some living.
