Hello Sparkling Souls,
Long time no see! I've had a busy time with school, but fortunately that time is almost over and with that also the stress.
I've been seeing a lot of 'productive day with me', 'productive evening routine' video's on YouTube lately. And I wanted to make my own version of it. With the purpose that I could get you guys in the fall mood, but at the same time give you some tips for studying and being motivated.
So Let's get into it!
Disclaimer : I don't want to create the image that my life is perfect and that I never have times that I am not productive. Because that is certainly not the case. I just wanted to make an article that gave off autumn vibes and would help you.
16:00 : Getting Home From School

17:00 : starting to make my homework
Tip : Make studying a fun activity. For instance, you can put on some Christmas music, grab a cup of tea, coffee or hot cocao. In addition to this, try to remember why you are studying. On Pinterest you can find many lists with reasons to study.
Personally, I like to remind myself of the joy I get whenever I get a good grade. Or that studying helps me to becoming the person I want to be.

18:00 : Dinner

18:30 : Studying For Upcoming Tests
Tip : To study a paragrah of text, write down questions about the text.
Let's say you have to study this paragrah :
Autumn, also known as fall in North American English, is one of the four temperate seasons. Autumn marks the transition from summer to winter.
So the questions you could ask are :
Where do people use the term 'fall'?
What is autumn?
What kind of transition does autumn mark?
I really like studying things this way. It's not as complicated as making a summary, but it does make you process what you are
reading.
Tip : Take breaks. Set a timer for 50 minutes (or longer if you'd like) and if you've been productive for that whole time you can take a break.
Personally, I like to read a inspirational book during my breaks. 'You are a badass' by Jen Sincero is a great book to keep you motivated.

20:30 : Relax
Tip : Keep in mind that you can't be productive all the time. Don't push yourself too hard. You also need to take some time to relax and de-stress.
For example you can cuddle with your pet, make music, listen to music, watch an episode of your favourite serie (but not too much..), put on a pair of cosy socks, read a book, watch YouTube, etc. I'm sure you have some things in mind!

21:30 : Shower and Skin Care

22:00 : Reading over a summary of a test on the next day
Tip : Studies have shown that if you study information before going to bed, you will remember it better.

22:05 : keeping up with my bullet journal
Tip : I find (bullet) journaling a great way to empty my mind at the end of the day. You can write down how you felt, what you did, and what you plan on doing for tomorrow.

22:10 : Read a Book

22:30 : Going to sleep
Tip : don't worry too much about not knowing what you've tried to study. It's important to get good sleep. Just let all the information sink into your brain while you sleep and trust the power of your ability.

So.. That was my fall evening routine. I hope you enjoyed it. If you'd like me to make another version of this, such as a morning routine or something else, let me know!
Thanks for reading!

I'm sorry if there are any mistakes in this article, English is not my native language.
Have a nice day,
