AMBITIONS:
- cut out toxic poeple
- stop smoking
- tidy room, tidy mind
- limit social media
- spend more time with family
- be more confident with unfamiliar people
- wake up earlier

SCHOOL
- finish all homework ASAP
- start revision for exams this year

FOOD:
- drink one glass of water before meals
- limit carbs
- no snacking

EXERCISE:
- work out 3 times a week
- Saturday and Sunday relaxed exercise each day
