ingredients:
-2 bananas
-2 eggs
-oats (as much as you like it)
-cinnamon and honey (for flavor)
-chia and linseed seeds (optional)

let´s start!
1- put 1 banana in a bowl and smash it, until it stays soft
2- add the eggs in the bowl and mix it
3- add the oats and the seeds and mix it again until it has a good consistency
4- put with a serving spoon in the frying pan until it stays good and flip it
5- put all the pancakes in your plate
6- cut the other banana and put in your pancakes to decorate
7- put the cinnamon and the honey as much as you like in your pancakes

and voila!
