just like plants, we need water too!! and in fact we need much more water than plants, so here are some reminders when to keep yourself hydrated
☆ 2-3 hours before sleeping


☆ right after waking up

☆ after peeing


☆ 30 mins before a meal

☆ after a meal


☆ after digesting ur food


☆ after workout


☆ and basically drink water even when you dont feel like drinking

you can also try coconut juice and watermelon fruits :)
