Personally I want to be muscular and strong and be able to run for a long time. Maybe you want a bigger booty? Or be in shape? Lose some extra weight?

The most important goal you should be looking for is your own health and happiness. Don't forget it. If you don't have motivation for working out, just think how good it makes you feel. That feeling is so amazing and you know it. And if you totally hate running, don't run. If you hate the gym, do something else. Only the sky is your limit! Do what makes you HAPPY.

If you want to have the body of your dreams, go and work for it. Excuses won't take you anywhere. I've had many excuses, and right now I'm thinking that I shouldn't go to the gym. But you know what? I'm still gonna go, because I feel so good afterwards and I love it very much. I'm just lazy sometimes, but I need to get over it.

You will regret it later if you don't work for your goals. I regret right now that I haven't been taking my running exercises seriously for a month, and now my condition is worse than it was. But I won't cry about it, I will just start again!

Finally: watch some youtube videos. Hanna Öberg, Tammy Hembrow, Whitney Simmons etc. I get SO inspirated when watching these girls.

YOU CAN DO IT, just believe in yourself. Now, put on some good music and go exercise!
