I was right about what I said yesterday: my body DOES ache.Today's workout was really painful, but I did it. I tried something new, and it totally backfired but, I did what I could. I weighed myself this morning and I was sad to find out I gained a whole pound (don't ask how). Still, I remain hopeful that by the end of this week, I will see some results.

The exercises I did today:

- 1 min running in place
- 30 sec high knee march
- 30 sec butt kicks
- 30 sec front kicks
- 30 sec lunges
- 30 sec side lunges
- 30 sec fast butt kicks
- 30 sec squats
- 30 sec curtsy lunge
- 30 sec jumping jacks
- 20 sec high knees
- 20 sec ski to sumo squat
- 20 sec lateral jumps
- 20 sec split jumps
- 20 sec side step jumps
- 20 sec single leg jack knife
- 20 second fast feet
- 20 crunches
- 20 elbow to knee crunches
