today I want to present you my new project Healthy Habits.
What is this project about?
I want to start changing my daily life a bit and I thought what better way then including new habits into my day. If you want to know what those new habits are, you should head over to my blog and read my post about it.
Why am I doing this actually?
One of my New Years resolutions was to improve myself. I always try to be a better version of myself and I mean that is just how I am and it is not a bad thing but sometimes I put too much pressure on myself. So now I decided to try to do these little things on the daily bases without putting too much pressure on me so I can be more productive and also enjoy life more.
I'm going to post an update every week on my blog, where I share my journey and experience and of course other articles.
Also I want to post more stuff on my Instagram story for example my outfit of the day, my current book, my current favorite album, artist or song or even meme and so much more, like how my day was in general what I learned and did or funny things that happened to me.
