We all go through hard times, and sometimes we feel like our life is a mess. Even though we can avoid feeling unmotivated, sad or stressed, we can take responsibility and get our sh*t together.
- MIND -
1. Sit down and think.
Personally, I think this is a very important step. Sit down and think, if you're feeling down, anxious, unmotivated... ask yourself "Why am I feeling like this?" "How long have I been feeling this way?" Acknowledge your emotions, don't ignore them.


2. Talk to someone.
When feeling down the best thing you can do is to talk to someone. You'll feel so much better and it will clear your mind. Furthermore, if you talk about it you'll have someone to motivate you.


3.Write down everything.
A clear and organized mind works better. Write down your goals, tasks, things you want to change or improve, write down everything. Not only to remind yourself of these things but also to feel like you are taking control of your life.
Starting a journal is a great idea. Don't worry if you're not very creative, just take a notebook and a pen and you're ready to go!


4. Cut negative people out of your life and surround yourself with people who encourage you to be better.


5.Live in the present.
Let go of your past.
What you do today will determine your future, so don't waste your time.
We all want to achieve our goals, we're so excited for our future that we forget that life is a journey. There's beauty in every season of our lives, we learn something in every one of them. Don't rush, take one step a time and enjoy your present. Remember, we won't only find happiness when we achieve our goals, we will find happiness during the process.


6.Be grateful and have positive thoughts.


7.Find your motivation
Get your diploma, have a healthy lifestyle, buy a car... Find something that motivates you so everytime you wake up and you think about it, it will get you in the mood to work hard.


- BODY -
1.Self-care is a priority
Put on a face mask and a hair mask, paint your nails, take a shower while you sing your favorite songs, throw a bath bomb and be extra, cut those split ends, exfoliate and moisturize your whole body... Make time for yourself and your body will thank you.


2.Exercise
Stop being lazy, being active is really important for your health. Go out for a walk, take the stairs instead of the elevator, start working out, join a sport club or just go out and play a sport with your friends.


3.Eat healthy and drink water
Start adding healthy habits in your life. Eat healthier but don't get too obsessed, you're allowed to eat cookies, chips, pizza...




- SOUL -
1.Get into nature
Breath fresh air.


2.Sing, dance, bring joy to your soul.


3.Spend time with your family and friends.


4.Go out and meet new people
