I woke up and got ready for the day. When I entered the kitchen with the intention to make breakfast, Wesley and Aria were dancing. I caught a glimpse of two bowls of cereal on the table, nearly empty. They surely were early birds.

"Morning," I smiled. Aria turned her head and ran over to me, wrapping her arms around my midsection. I kissed her on the head. "You're growing so quick," I blurted out. "I don't have growing pains," she told me. "That's good," I said. "Want some cereal?" Wesley asked. "Please," I replied, taking a seat at the island. Aria took a seat next to me and drank the milk that was left in the bowl. Wes slid the bowl to me and I started eating. I love that they love music. Aria has a cute singing voice too.

We decided to homeschool Aria until she's old enough to join with the rest of the kids in high school. Wesley is a great teacher. She'll learn more from him than any school. "When are my friends going to grow?" she asked. "I'm not exactly sure, but you won't be the oldest for much longer," I said. She met the rest of the kids, but she's advancing a lot quicker. It's not much fun for them to hang out since they're much younger than her. We wanted them to meet though so they'll know each other when they grow up. She nodded. "Uncle Wes?" she asked, swinging her feet. "Yes?" he responded. "Can I come with you to work today? Your boat looks cool," she said. I hoped he'd say yes. A smile formed across his lips. "I'd love that," he said. She smiled to match his and I couldn't help but join in with the happiness. She may be a dragon, but she does like water.
