This exercices are what I will do after my day of school during the mouth of november. In december i will do an another everyday workout until have my body goal. So this my november program!

~1 min of plank
~20 crunches
~20 squats sumo
~20 each leg d-lites
~20 each leg inner thigh lifts
~20 elbow to knee crunches
~50 push up
~1 min cercle arms
~30 seconds of plank
