Last month I made a new dish, oven pasta with ham and courgette. I found the recipe on

It’s so easy to make and it takes about an hour in total to make it. I enjoy making new dishes and testing my limits in cooking. That’s the only way I’ll learn.

1 (Knorr) chicken bouillon
250 gr penne pasta
200 ml cream
200 gr squared ham
1 (200 gr) courgette (zucchini)
100 gr grated cheese (Gouda or Emmentaler)

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (hot air oven 200 ° C).
Dissolve the bouillon kettle in half a liter of hot water. Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes.
Divide the uncooked pasta into a large oven dish (capacity approximately 2.5 liters).
Divide the ham cubes and zucchini over the pasta.
Stir the cream to the broth with a beater and fill the sauce with water to 750 ml.
Pour the sauce over the pasta and make sure that all pasta is covered with sauce.
Sprinkle the cheese over it. Let the oven paste be cooked in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
