Good morning, evening, or night hearters! In today's article I am going to be doing my monthly over view, my plans, and a day in my life. Without farther ado, grab your GYST tools, throw up your hair, and let's do this!

All About November:

  • This months zodiacs are Scorpio & Sagittarius & the birthstone's for these signs are Topaz.
  • Novembers flower is Chrysanthemum which originated from Asia and Europe.
  • November is: Good nutrition month, peanut butter lover's month, sleep comfort month, & Aviation history month!

There are many important dates for the U.S. in November as well as Holidays

November Holidays:

  • Election Day is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November
  • Thanksgiving Day is on the fourth Thursday of November
  • November 11th is Veteran's Day

November GYST:

(Disclaimer: I did today's GYST list a bit different that I normally do in the sense that it is a GYST that is meant to be for both today & tomorrow due to life. I find that when I split it and allow myself to use two days I get less hassled and upset. And since my house has fallen a bit out on the chore duty due to health, I am giving myself longer, which makes the day more enjoyable and is necessary to me.)

1.) Catch up as much as possible on house chore's:
- Laundry
- Bedding & bedroom
- Dishes
- Dust
- Floor's
- Trash

2.) Monthly GYST:
- Fill out calendars
- Switch month countdown on dreamboard
- Design November journal page
- Write out goals
- Update last months goals

3.) Work:
- Start preparing this weekends Church service
- Write blog
- Upload
- Put in applications
- Finish homework

4.) Relax, refresh, and reconnect:
- Shower/hair mask
- Midnight Yoga outside under the cold night sky & meditate
- Make bedtime tea
- Journal
- Do nails (either tonight or tomorrow)
- Read or watch The Vampire Diaries
- Try to be asleep before sunrise <3

November Goals:

  • Try to workout at least 2 a week
  • Do something that scares me once a week.
  • Read at least 2 books
  • Testtttt
  • Put in apps
  • Eat healthier and drink more water.
  • Publish a blog twice a week.
  • Mediate or do Bible study/prayer every morning.

This month I have (as far as I know)...

- Share/ Open church on Saturday
- 3 Birthdays
- Friendsgiving party/potluck
- 15th Month (1 year & 3 month) Anniversary with Babe
- Babe's family Thanksgiving & mine
- Day Trip
- Brunch or movies date
