here are some tips for dealing with acne, because I know its annoying as hell.
(also, these work for me and for my skin, so depending on your skin and lifestyle these might not work for you.)
- drink drink drink (water obviously)
- wash your face every day with a cleanser (that contains no soap). (I use Cleanance by Avene)
- change your bedding regularly (at least every 2 weeks, and your pillowcase every week)
- stick to a routine (eg. makeup remover, cleanser, toner, acne treatment)
- eat healthy, lots of vitamin c. Fruit and veggies are so important.
