Hi i am writing this article to give you some "tips" of what to do after a break up so you will feel a little better.
So a few weeks ago i broke up with my boyfriend, we were together for 1 year and 7 months.
The break up was mutual but that didn't mean that i wasn't heart broken, we were friends for 2 years before we become a couple.
After that break up i didn't sit around and cry or be angry because it wouldn't help me in anything i just let myself relax and think what i was going to do.
After a break up you need some me time so you can relax and think what do you wanna do either you focus on work, or picking up a new hobby, or adopting an animal,etc.
I decide that i want to change something on me to give me confidence again, so i decide to change my hair color.


Other things you can do to make you relax and rewind your life is
Changes
~If you want to make a change in your appearance do it, it will make you feel better (just don't do something crazy and then you have regrets)
- Change your hair color
- Change your wardrobe




Me Time
- spa day
- stay at home and cooke your favorite food
- have a movie marathon






Hobbys
- go for a run
- adopt an animal
- do some volunteer work
- paint
- learn a new language
- read a new book








Decor
~if you do some changes in your home you will feel better,like you are in a new place
- redecorate your bedroom
- the house or your apartment
- the garden




travel
~If you always wanted to go on a specific place in the world now is the wright time pack your bags, take your passport and leave for your dream destination
