I have a thigh blasting workout here that will melt and lean your thighs. Everyone wants to look great in their bikinis in the summer right? Here's the workout of a lifetime.. Please enjoy
3 Rounds
- 20 Deep side lunges ( each leg )
- 40 Side standing leg raises ( 20 each side )
- 20 Sumo squats
- 20 Leg extensions
- 40 Side laying leg raises ( 20 each leg )
- 30 Fire hydrants ( 15 each leg )
- You can either repeat this workout one more time or get onto a treadmill and jog or run for 15 minutes
