I'm back!

Hey guys! So I've been gone for a long time and a lot has changed.

So I don't know about you but, I'm stressed. So unbelievably stressed. So stressed that I can't start my work without worrying. I'm also very bored. Bored of the same repetitive days, seeing the same people at school,living and do the same boring things. Currently I'm in half term and its Wednesday, which means I don't have long left until school starts. I've done no homework, no revision and nothing actually fulfilling. I hate this tired and miserable feeling, so I'm taking it upon myself to sort my life out. I'm stuck in a rut, a repetitive boring rut which needs to go.

So although this may be seen as a negative start, it's really not. Yes I feel miserable and tired, but I'm willing to change it because I want this new start.

If you feel the same, then I hope I can help. Don't worry your not alone, it's scary but its a new beginning. I'm also going to do this too so keep me updated with everything if you try anything out.

1. DREAM

So the first thing I'm going to do is create a mood board of how I want my life to look and how it will make me feel. This will give me an idea of how I can move on to improve and start new habits. You can write or draw this too, its up to you!

2. RESEARCH

I want to live healthy, work out and eat well. So I'm going to research good recipes and workout routines. I also want to come away from social media, so I want to find alternative things to do like listen to podcasts, draw, read or even do yoga.

3. PLAN

I'm then going to plan how my ideal night and morning routine will look. How I can switch things up from time to time and how I can fit everything in. I will then choose a day in which I will begin the start of my "new life".

4. RELAX

The night before I am going to relax and have a calm bath as well as read a book. This will allow me to prepare myself for the new day as well as let go.

5. LET GO

For me personally I had pre-existing problems with family and friends that I needed to sort out. Of course nothing is as easy as it sounds, but for me I wanted any problems or on going arguments sorted before I entered the state of being in a 'new life'. This will allow me to let go and move on.

6. BE PREPARED

Be prepared for struggles and challenges, everything that's out of your comfort zone is never easy. Be prepared to have to try new things, see new people but most importantly start a new journey.
