Do something that's out of your comfort zone
I know you don't want to hear this, none of us like doing things that are out of our comfort zone, but I promise it will benefit you.
I'm 16 and all of my friends have part time jobs which made me feel like I should get one, but I was extremely socially awkward and the idea of dealing with customers terrified me.
However, I plucked up to the courage to apply for the job and to cut a long story short, I am now working in a café and have gained so much confidence and I now feel able to strike up conversations with people who I would have been afraid to speak to in the past.
So please, do something that's out of your comfort zone and I promise you will feel more satisfied and confident in yourself.

Cut toxic people out of your life
Have a friend who always drags you down and is always causing drama? Have a boyfriend who is too controlling and makes you feel bad about yourself? Cut them out of your life. We can often feel guilty about ending relationships that we have had for a long time, but it is okay to do so.
I recently ended a friendship with someone that I had known for five years with whom I was very close to, but I always felt that the friendship was very one sided and that she only thought of herself. It has taken a while to get used to her not being around, but I do feel a lot happier. So do yourself a favour and end relationships with people that put you down, you don't need them.

Take care of your body
This is something that we all know we should do, but many of us fail to do it. You certainly do not have to start drinking green smoothies and going to the gym every day, there are more simple things you can do to care for your body:

-make sure you stay hydrated and drink plenty of water

-take care of your skin by washing it regularly and always remove makeup before going to bed

-try to exercise at least a few times a week (go for walks, go swimming, try an exercise video)

-try to avoid foods that you know don't agree with you e.g. lactose irritates many people's stomachs yet they continue to consume it

-introduce more fruit and veg in to your diet, (this is an obvious one but is extremely important) smoothies are a great way to do this

-make sure that you are getting enough sleep, at least seven hours

I guarantee that if you do all of these things, you will feel a lot healthier and happier.
