I have a new quick workout for you to try out when you have about 15 minutes to spare. It's 1 round and all you need is light weight dumbbells ( 2 - 5 lbs. , or pounds.) water, and a mat if you have one. If you don't have a mat then you can use a towel. Here's the workout..

  • 10 Star jumps or jumping jacks
  • 15 Reverse crunches
  • 15 Bird dogs
  • 20 Sumo squats with light weight
  • 20 Alternating heel touches ( both heels )
  • 15 Walking lunges with light weight
  • 12 Squat overhead presses
  • 25 second Plank
  • 15 Lunge kicks
  • 20 Jump squats
  • 40 second Jump in place or jump rope
  • 25 High knees
