Hey everyone, welcome back to a new How To Article!
I am super excited about this article because I feel like I kinda need this advice myself. I have been feeling a bit down lately, not knowing what my strengths are, listening too much to what other people have to say instead of listening to myself. I need my boss-attitude back because that's when I am feeling the best about myself. So in this article I want to give you guys and myself some tips on how to be the best version of myself.

It's Okay
I want to start with telling you that it is okay to not feel good or confident all the time. It is normal, so don't feel bad about it and let your emotions out. I have days where I feel on top of the world, super creative and full of energy. But the next day I can feel randomly down. One thing goes bad and it can ruin my whole mood. But that is okay, it goes in waves. The best thing for me is to write it down what I am feeling as detailed as possible so I can try to find a solution for it, or understand where those sad feelings come from. Find some distraction or take a day off. Remember that we all feel like this sometimes, so it is okay. Take care of yourself and find your sunshine again.

Stop Comparing Yourself
Stop comparing your life to the life of others. God made each path different and made it specific for each person. Your journey is not the same as that of someone else. It doesn't mean that because someone has achieved something you haven't achieved yet, you have failed. We all need to work hard for what we want, and some things are easier for some people while other things are easier for you. Instead of looking at what you don't have, start looking at where you already are and what you already have achieved. Be grateful for that, because everything you have achieved is because of you. You are a boss bitch, you just don't see it because you're too busy comparing yourself to others, but that won't make you confident or happy.

It's All About Mindset
Feel confident, act confident even if it's fake sometimes. I don't want to say that you always have to pretend that you are fine or anything. You don't have to be someone you are not and it is completely fine to be a little shy. But what I do want to say is that sometimes it is also good to speak up in class, or to go sit next to that stranger and start a conversation. Go a bit out of your comfort zone and be the confident one. It will make you grow as a person. Also it helps if you take care of yourself, wear the clothes you want, put on that lipstick and walk with your head high. Remember it is you who is responsible for your thoughts, you decide when you start changing that mindset, and you can start anytime. If you're confident in your mind, you outshine confidence, and girl it looks amazing on you.

Don't Worry About It Too Much
Stop worrying about what other people think about you. Don't let them tell you how to live your life. At the end of the day it's you who has to be happy with yourself. So stop worrying about how you have to act, act how you want, be who you are and you will attract the right people. Stop thinking about the things you can't change, or things you have said you can't take back. We all make mistakes, learn from them and forgive yourself. Overthinking will kill your happiness, and saying sorry too much too. Try to figure out who you are, what you find important in life and let the other things go. When that weight is from your shoulders, you are able to fly.

Positive Environment
The last thing I want to tell you is that you have to surround yourself with people who want the best for you. People who bring you down, will never ever make you confident. If you have that bad 'gut feeling' you are probably right and you better keep those people out of your life. It's better to have a small healthy circle, than 'a lot of friends' who let you down. Remember this, only positive and genuine people will make you feel good about yourself, and those are the people you need in your life.
