hello babes I've seen a lot of "this or that"-challenges on We Heart It, and that inspired me to do one too. Unlike most people who write an article about this, I'm not going to pin point it on one subjects but will try to cover multiple subjects all at once. To refrain from making a chaos of this article I will work with titles to make clear which subject I'm going to cover.
Enjoy sweethearts
Food
Pizza or pasta
Pasta, pizza is delicious sure, but I always end up eating the same, while there are so many different types of pasta that I enjoy. So I'm choosing pasta because it is absolutely delicious and more diverse than pizza.
Coffee or tea
Tea, I'm a tea drinker and I don't really like cofee, jeah I drink it from time to time, but you can make my day with a cup of tea, preferably Earl Grey
Meat or vegetables and fruit
Vegetables and fruits, I eat meat but not that much, because I don't really like it most of the times. But I do eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and if it is prepared good it is absolutely delicious.
Healthy or junkfood
This was a hard one, because I normally prefer both but I don't really like to eat at McDonalds or something. But I do like chips and crisps and such. I decided to go for healthy because of the fruits and that I can be so delicious and it fits in the lifestyle to have that is hard to contain.
Cookies or cakes
Choosing when it comes to cookies and cakes? Not going to happen love. I love them both and really like to eat (and bake) both. I eat them on my "cheat-days" (a.n. I have too much cheat-days...) and I don't think I can live without them so cheers for the cookies and cakes or the stuff made by gods hands!
Italian or French food
Italian, sure French food is delicious(I really love croissants) but Italian is way better and I don't know why. It probably has something to do with my love for pasta but okay.
Films and series
Harry Potter or Fantastic Beast And Where To Find Them
Harry Potter, who doesn't love Harry Potter right? Harry Potter is apart of my childhood and I have seen Fantastic Beast and Where To Find Them, but Harry Potter will always be better in my eyes. Sorry not Sorry
Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit
I think Lord of the Rings, The films are pretty cool even though I don't like the part with Frodo, Sam and Smeagol but okay. The movies are really epic and full of adventure, love and drama and that is something the I really appreciate. The Hobbit is a cool movie too but not my favourite.
Pitch Perfect or Mamma Mia
*Pitch Perfect for sure, I have seen Pitch Perfect 1,2 and 3 and they were all amazing. Mamma Mia is a cool movie but I didn't like him that much. I think it is because I liked the songs from Pitch Perfect more and that movie is a bit more modern
Bands and artist
One direction or 5sos
5sos with any doubt, the boys are so cute and I like their songs so much. They are really good artists and I like the fact that they play instruments too, and the songs are so meaningful and well constructed. So sorry One Direction that I choose the band that you made famous over you.
Taylor Swift or Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez, sure Tay has good songs, but I like Selena more in overall her songs are good and I like her persona more, it is something in the way she acts that really speaks too me.
Shawn Mendes or Ariana Grande
Shawn Mendes, he is so cute and his songs are so good! I never really liked Ariana even though she is one of the strongest persons on this earth and her songs are so powerful. Shawn songs are just better and more my style and he has less drama about him, which ensures that people focus on his music and not on the person, and that is something that I found really important in the music industry. Like why do you need to create drama if you can just like the songs without getting judge because the singer did some weird af shit.
Niall Horan or Harry Styles
Niall Horan, he is cute, his music is amazing and he is really supportive and funny. Do I need to say more? I'm also not really a fan of Harry's music, yes I like rock and his song Sign of the Times and Sweet Creature and he is such a sweet human being but that's all.
Zayn Malik or One Direction
Sorry Zayn, but I'm going to choose One Direction. I grew up with these boys and the day Zayn left is a dark spot in my memory. I also don't really like Zayn's music, and Zayn really changed which made me like his person less.
Make up
Mascara or lipstick/gloss
Mascara, I wear mascara every day and lipstick/gloss not so much. So mascara is really important in my beauty bag and I wear lipstick/gloss but not always.
Foundation or concealer
Foundation, I normally don't use concealer and foundation I wear every day. So I'm going to choose for foundation.
Matte or glossy lips
Matte, the glossy look is nothing for me. I don't like how my lips will shine and drag the attention too it, while the matte look makes it seem more nude and that is a must for me
Natural or bold
Natural, I don't like to scream "I'm wearing make-up" from the rooftops, so I will go with a natural look only when I have a party will I make it a bit bolder.
Blush or highlighter
highlighter even though I wear blush and no highlighter. I just really like how it shines when the sun hits it and how it enhances your beauty in ways that blush cannot.
Hair
Loose or tight up hair
Loose, I like the way the wind will flow through my hair and if my hair is tight up it always looks weird in my opinion, but I do tie it up from time to time when I want to try out a new look.
Blonde or brunette
Blonde, I am blonde so obviously I'm going to choose blonde.
Dye or natural
Both, I really want to dye my hair, but my mom will probably murder me for ruining my blonde locks
Bandannas or hair ties
Both, I normally use them at the same time so I can't really live without them.
Books
The Mortal Instruments or The Infernal Devices
The Mortal instruments I think. But both books are really good.
Throne of Glass series or The Court of Thorns and Roses series
Throne of glass series. The court series were really good but I liked the Throne of glass series more, because there was more action and what not.
John Green of Dan Brown
I honestly can't choose, so I'm going to say both. Sorry if you expected I was going to pick one.
Gone or Frontlines series
Frontlines series, I liked the way Micheal Grant created an alternative universum and showed women as strong human beings that are just as cable of fighting in the Second World War than men are. Also the good thing about this book is that all the facts are correct which hard to realise when you change the story.
Lord of the rings or The Hobbit
The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings the book was really boring in my opinion, because J.R.R. Tolkien went on and on about little details (a.n. the reason why that book counts so many pages) and The Hobbit doesn't have all those details worked out to perfection which makes it a lot easier to read.
Outfits
Dress or skirt
Dress, a skirt is most of the time too short which makes me feel uncomfortable while a dress has a longer skirt. Also a dress is easy to put on and will make you look fashionable while a skirt needs to be combined good otherwise it will not look good at all.
Jeans or dress
Jeans.
Jeans are so easy to combine, you can literally wear everything above it and it will look good. There are also so many different types that jeans are a must have in your wardrobe and a dress is a bit more difficult to combine and you're not able to wear it all the time.
Sweaters or T-shirts
Sweaters they are so comfy and perfect to wear during autumn, winter and spring and t-shirts are nice but not as comfy so I'm going to pick sweaters.
Sweatpants or jeans
Jeans, I normally wear pretty tight jeans and when I wear something loose it will feel weird, and I really like denim. Also sweatpants are more for a lazy Sunday and not a day at school or something.
Comfy or sexy
A mix of both, it liked to wear clothes that are comfortable but look, I would make sure that it is combined in such a way that it makes me feel sort of sexy, for example a really tight jeans or a low cut shirt. But I will only wear it if it is comfortable for me. I mostly will wear some "sexy" looking bra underneath.
