5) Make a mask to moisturize your skin

To make a moisturizing mask with ingredients you can find at home;

- Remove kernels of the five apricots. Then add 2 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of apricot kernel oil and mix. Apply the mask to your face and leave it for 20 minutes.
- You can apply it once a week.

6) Do not forget to apply sunscreen

Also;

- Avoid processed foods, sugar and fast food.
- Drink a lot of water
- Limit your caffeine intake. Drink tea instead.
- Eat omega-3, vegetables and high-fiber foods.
