Monday :
- 25 Jumping jacks
- 20 Windshield wipers ( abs, 20 on both sides )
- 25 High knees
- 20 Reverse crunches
- 35 Jump squats
- 10 walking lunges ( both sides )
- 15 Scissor kicks
- 15 Mountain climbers
- 20 High knees
- 20 second Plank
- 15 Tricep dips
