Hi everybody, how are you?

You may be amazed, but for a few years I hated autumn, the pumpkins everywhere, fallen leaves, dark red lipsticks, strong perfumes and brown leatherette jackets.

This has never been for me.

But this year I am enjoying it more and I look for things that amuse me in the autumn.

1. hot drinks

We all know it, in the summer we did not drink anything other than pina colada, mojito and various lemonades with ice.

I guess you're already know that pumpkin latte is not my thing.
But I have some of my favorite recipes for you to try.

cinnamon soy milk

One cup with heated soy milk - to which we add a little bit of sugar and cinnamon (little is enough, because cinnamon has a strong taste).

vanilla almond latte

I do my vanilla latte in the coffee maker, but you can do it yourself, one third of the glass is filled with your favorite coffee and the other two thirds of vanilla soy milk.

And what about the almonds? I always add a couple of chopped ones and I mix it all. Maybe it sounds like a little weird combination, but it's very delicious.

Over the summer, we were glad to get things off, but in the autumn we can experiment more.

The salad season is definitely over, do you want to warm up in the evening?

Do you like vegetables? No?

Try it in this form.

still hated broccoli

Boil broccoli and potatoes in hot water. Do not drain water from the pot, just add some whipping cream, mix it with your mixer, all of it can be seasoned with salt, pepper or chilli.

hokkaido cream

I do not like the pumpkins, but this soup is really good.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, we can add the sliced potatoes and onions, add a little bit of salt. Then let it bake in the oven - this will seriously change the taste of the soup.

When it's cooked, add it into a pot full of water and cook for about 20 minutes, then add the whipping cream, spice up with salt, pepper, curry or nutmeg to add a great flavor, mix it with the your mixer.

Each portion can be adorned with the rest of cream, olive oil, dried tomatoes, or roasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Just daily 30 minutes - stretch, do some exercise or dance.
