I have a workout here for the best butt ever ! I want to get all of the workouts I can before my wedding which is set for October 2019. I'm so freakin excited about it :D
Here's the workout.

  • 15 - 20 Dumbbell step ups ( step up on a bench, chair, a rock, something that has some height to it )
  • 15 - 20 Donkey kicks ( both sides )
  • 15 - 20 Squat with leteral leg raises
  • 15 - 20 Side lunges
  • 15 - 20 Single dead lifts ( both sides )
  • 15 - 20 Pile squats
  • 15 - 20 Single leg bridge ( both sides )
  • 15 - 20 Sumo jump squats
  • 15 - 20 Fire hydrants ( both sides )
