I have a new workout here for you to try out. It's a pretty big workout, but stick with me. We can get through it together. Start with a positive word or quote for yourself. Have fun and drink lots of water.

  • 20 second run in place
  • 10 slow deep squats, touch toes, back up, repeat

3 Rounds of everything

  • 15 Touch ground star jumps
  • 25 Flutter kicks ( both sides )
  • 40 Sumo jump squats
  • 25 Calf raises ( both legs )
  • 25 Glute bridges
  • 45 High knees
  • 45 Jump squats
  • 20 Single leg glute bridges
  • 30 second Run in place
  • 30 Skaters ( both sides )
  • 1 minute Jump in place
  • 30 Donkey kicks ( both sides )
  • 20 Fire hydrants ( both sides )
  • 20 Walking lunges ( both sides legs )
